Resident Services

How We Can Help

The Easthampton Housing Authority is proud to offer a Resident Services Coordinator to assist residents in accessing the resources and services they need.

The Massachusetts Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities describes the Resident Services Coordinator as a professional who works collaboratively with residents, Housing Authority staff, and community partners to identify resident needs, coordinate supportive services, promote resident well-being, and strengthen housing stability.

The Resident Services Coordinator serves as a connector, helping residents navigate available resources while building partnerships that enhance the community.

Available Assistance

Our Resident Services Coordinator can assist with:

  • Connecting residents to local, state, and federal benefit programs
  • Referrals for food assistance, healthcare, transportation, and mental health services
  • Housing stability resources, including RAFT and other emergency assistance programs
  • Employment, education, and workforce development referrals
  • Financial literacy and budgeting resources
  • Programs for older adults, families, children, and individuals with disabilities
  • Community events, wellness initiatives, and resident engagement opportunities
  • Assistance accessing reasonable accommodation information and other supportive resources

While the Resident Services Coordinator does not determine eligibility for outside programs or provide case management, they serve as a knowledgeable resource to help residents navigate available services and connect with the appropriate organizations.

We encourage all residents to reach out if they have questions or need assistance finding community resources. If we cannot provide the service directly, we will do our best to connect you with someone who can.
