It is an honor to serve as Executive Director of the Easthampton Housing Authority. Appointed to lead the Authority in April 2026, I am committed to fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and compassion while ensuring residents have access to safe, affordable housing and the resources they need to thrive.
Since my appointment, our focus has been on strengthening operations, improving communication, investing in our properties, modernizing our systems, and expanding services that support residents. Every decision is guided by one goal: creating communities where people are proud to call home.
As part of that vision, we introduced a new Easthampton Housing Authority logo and our new slogan:
Safe Homes. Strong Community. Brighter Futures.
This is more than a new logo; it's a reflection of our mission and our commitment to the future of the Easthampton Housing Authority.
Safe Homes represents our dedication to providing quality, well-maintained housing where residents feel secure, respected, and valued.
Strong Community reflects our belief that housing is more than buildings. It is about creating neighborhoods where people feel connected, supported, and empowered through partnerships, resident engagement, and a shared sense of belonging.
Brighter Futures represents our commitment to investing in people and our properties. Through modernization projects, resident services, community partnerships, and responsible stewardship of public resources, we are working to create opportunities that strengthen our community for generations to come.
Leadership & Oversight
The Executive Director's Office provides leadership and oversight for:
- Daily operations of the Housing Authority
- Financial management and budgeting
- Capital improvement and modernization projects
- Property management and maintenance
- Resident services and community partnerships
- Staff leadership and organizational development
- Compliance with Massachusetts Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities (EOHLC) regulations
- Strategic planning and implementation of policies established by the Board of Commissioners
